Add GreenSkin®️ Avocados to toasted seeded bagels for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They also make the perfect snack!

Mix up the classic toppings by adding beetroot hummus or pomegranate seeds, a drizzle of pomegranate molasses, or try a GreenSkin®️ Avocado caprese bagel.

Serves 1

5 minutes prep

Bagel topping 1: GreenSkin®️ Avocado caprese bagel

  • 1 seeded bagel
  • 1/2 GreenSkin®️ Avocado, sliced into wedges
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 3-4 baby bocconcini cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2-3 basil leaves
  • Sea salt flakes
  • Freshly cracked pepper

Bagel topping 2: smashed GreenSkin®️ Avocado breakfast bagel

  • 1 seeded bagel
  • 1/2 GreenSkin®️ Avocado, smashed
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 1 tsp dukka
  • Micro herbs to serve

Bagel topping 3: Middle Eastern bagel

  • 1 seeded bagel
  • 1 GreenSkin®️ Avocado
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tsp pomegranate molasses

Bagel topping 4: GreenSkin®️ Avocado bagel with beetroot hummus

  • 1 seeded bagel
  • 1/2 GreenSkin®️ Avocado
  • 2 tbsp beetroot hummus (store bought)
  • Small handful sprouts
  • Pinch sea salt

Bagel topping 5: Classic avocado and smoked salmon bagel

  • 1 bagel
  • 1/2 GreenSkin®️ Avocado
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp dill leaves, finally chopped
  • 50g smoked salmon
  • 1 baby cucumber, sliced into thin ribbons
  • 1/8 red onion, thinly sliced

Serve with a lemon wedge and microherbs.
