- 3-4 baby bocconcini cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2-3 basil leaves
- Sea salt flakes
- Freshly cracked pepper

- 1 seeded bagel
- 1/2 GreenSkin®️ Avocado, smashed
- 1 soft boiled egg
- 1 tsp dukka
- Micro herbs to serve

- 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 1 tsp pomegranate molasses

- 1 bagel
- 1/2 GreenSkin®️ Avocado
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp dill leaves, finally chopped
- 50g smoked salmon
- 1 baby cucumber, sliced into thin ribbons
- 1/8 red onion, thinly sliced
Serve with a lemon wedge and microherbs.
