This fresh take on a traditional guac will be your new go-to and a party favourite. The apple not only gives a bit of texture to the smooth PurpleSkin® avocado guacamole but adds a unique burst of sweetness.

Serves 10

Prep Time: 10mins


  • 3 PurpleSkin® avocados, halved, pitted
  • 1 lime
  • 3 tbsp coriander, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 fresh jalapeno, sliced
  • 1 green apple, finely diced
  • 1-2 small red radish, finely sliced

To devour

  • Colour corn chips or toasted lavosh bread


  1. In a medium bowl, roughly mash together the PurpleSkin® avocados, lime juice and salt and pepper.
  2. Add the onion (to taste), half the apple, coriander and paprika and mix until combined.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour for best flavour, or serve immediately.

To garnish

Top with sliced jalapenos, red radish, the other half of the green apple, a lime wedge and some baby coriander leaves.

To serve

Serve with coloured corn chips to add some extra colour, or large toasted lavosh bread.
