This power couple of GreenSkin® GMax® Avocados and Macro Organic Beetroot make for a dip that is predictably perfect every single time!

Ingredients
- 250g pack of Woolworths Macro Organic Baby Beetroots
- 1 GreenSkin® GMax® Avocado
- 1 clove garlic
- 50g feta
- ½ tbs lemon juice
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Your favourite crackers or vegetable crudités to serve
Method
- Place beetroot, avocado, garlic, feta and lemon juice in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon into a serving bowl and finish with a drizzle of olive oil, some extra crumbled feta and diced avocado, if desired.
Serve with your favourite crackers or vegetable crudités.
