Entertain like a pro with these Prawn Sliders… YUM!

The best part? Our GreenSkin® and GreenSkin® GMax® Avocados don’t turn brown once cut so… you can prep well ahead of time & kick up your heels when the party starts!

Serves: 2

Prep time: 5 mins


  • 2 GreenSkin® or GMax®Avocados, diced
  • 8 large, cooked king prawns, peeled and diced
  • 6-8 brioche mini slider buns, cut in half
  • 1 baby gem lettuce
  • 60g butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp good quality mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp sour cream
  • Tabasco or hot sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ bunch of dill, chopped
  • salt and pepper


  1. In a bowl, combine prawns, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, dill and hot sauce (to taste). Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Gently fold in three-quarters of the diced GreenSkin® avocado so it doesn’t break up too much.
  3. Set aside in the fridge until ready to serve.
  4. Brush the brioche buns with melted butter and toast lightly on a flat grill or in a pan.
  5. Place one or two lettuce leaves on the buns and top with the prawn and avocado mixture.
  6. Garnish with more avocado pieces and chopped dill.
  7. Place the lids on the sliders and arrange them on a serving platter.
