One of our favourite kinda smoothies right here!! ­čĹĆ­čĆ╝ Greens, avocado, cucumber, banana, pineapple and coconut milk! The best treat to wake up to in the morning or have as an afternoon pick me up!!

Velvety, thick and smooth texture thanks to PurpleSkin® Avocados which have a soft, creamy flesh perfect for smoothies!

Serves: 2

Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana (sliced)
  • ┬Ż cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ┬ż cup coconut milk
  • ┬Ż medium PurpleSkin┬« Avocado
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber (quartered)
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 2 cups baby spinach

Method

Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth, thick and creamy.

2.   Pour into your two favourite glasses, serve immediately and enjoy!
