Ingredients
- 1 PurpleSkin® Avocado, peeled & pitted
- 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk (we also like coconut or purified water)
- 2 green apples, cored & quartered
- 3 large handfuls baby spinach
- 2 teaspoons raw organic honey (local is best)
- A knob of ginger, peeled and chopped
- Juice of 1 small lemon
- 6 ice cubes
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and serve straight away.
- Store any leftovers in an air-tight glass container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
