An AVO-SMOOTHIE a day, keeps the doctor away! Rich and buttery with a little ZING, this cracker of a smoothie has everything you need to keep your immunity and energy levels UP! Best of all, it’s perfect for all ages.

Ingredients

  • 1 PurpleSkin® Avocado, peeled & pitted
  • 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk (we also like coconut or purified water)
  • 2 green apples, cored & quartered
  • 3 large handfuls baby spinach
  • 2 teaspoons raw organic honey (local is best)
  • A knob of ginger, peeled and chopped
  • Juice of 1 small lemon
  • 6 ice cubes

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and serve straight away.
  2. Store any leftovers in an air-tight glass container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
