The reason that this is one of our favourite recipes is because it is the easiest, quickest, and most versatile way to enjoy a quick meal or snack any time of the day! 

The basics are below but we encourage you to swap things in and out as per your current fridge and pantry supplies – go for colour and texture and whatever inspires your palette.

Serves 2

5 minutes prep
Immediate serve and devour


1 GreenSkin® or PurpleSkin® Avocado
1 small can of flavoured Tuna (we love Sirena Tuna in Chilli Oil)
Red Onion finely chopped
Red & yellow capsicum finely chopped
Coriander finely chopped
Sweet Chilli Sauce
Optional Goats Cheese


  1. Cut the Avocado in half and deseed then set aside.
  2. Open the can of tuna, drain the oil and spoon into a bowl.
  3. Mix the onion, capsicum, coriander into the tuna
  4. Add Sauce to bind
  5. Sprinkle broken goats’ cheese on top (optional)
