Aioli goes on everything from hot chips and sandwiches to chicken salad and tacos. We offer this recipe with the advice that it’s addictive!

With this recipe, there is simply no reason to ever waste another avocado – ever!!

1 PurpleSkin® Avocado – Soft Ripe
1/4 cup of Mayonnaise
2 Garlic cloves
1/2 tablespoon of Lemon juice
Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Blend the garlic until it is well minced.
  2. Half your PurpleSkin® avocados and remove the stone.
  3. Remove the skin then place in the blender with the minced garlic.
  4. Add the Mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  5. Blend until perfectly consistent.
  6. Drizzle over smashed chats, chicken salad, whatever your heart desires.
